Haven’t created a set in a while … not for lack of time so much but a lack of desire/inspiration. Right now, Polyvore seems to be the last thing on my mind – the weekly notifications are almost surprises when I see them in my inbox. I’ve even toyed with the idea of deleting my account (but I don’t think I will).
I am so grateful for all the wonderful women I met here – every single one of you have a blessing from God Himself … yet it is time, I think, to move on. And before I move on, I want to tell you how I wish and pray for so many things for you, my Polyfriends, but I especially pray for the one thing that you and I and every human being needs above ALL else: to KNOW the One True God. Not to know about Him or of Him, but to KNOW Him and to be known by Him. And there is ONLY one way to know Him and that is by repenting and believing in Jesus Christ, the Son of God. In Christ, God has done all that is necessary for salvation; you don’t have to add anything to this perfect work – just repent and believe. That. Is. All.
To my sisters-in-Christ I urge you to continue to “press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 3:14). And this high calling calls for holy living!
So, yes, before I pray for anything else for you, I pray that you may receive eternal life in God, and that you may continue in His grace.
Maybe one day I will be back but, as I type this, I feel very doubtful of that. I feel an irrevocable change has taken place within me and Polyvore will never hold the allure it once did.
So once again, thanks so much … for everything!
